• Bank is providing facility for opening of accounts at branches to the visually challenged persons along with cheque book and other facilities.
• Thumb impression is accepted for digital transactions or E-KYC for visually challenged persons.
• There is availability of talking ATMs, accessible bank branches and accessibility based facilities for persons with disability in the branches including magnification glasses.
