Generate challan and transfer EMD amount to bidder�s global EMD Wallet through NEFT/RTGS. Ensure that the EMD amount is reflecting in the wallet before auction start time. On the date of auction provide the selected property ID in �Properties of Interest� tab provided in the login page, submit the same and bid the property.
