3.Eligibility : All registered Co-op Housing Societies (CHS)/RWA/AOA ) (who are eligible to open savings accounts)

4.Document Required : 

  • As applicable to KYC AML guidelines pertaining to Societies /Body of persons
  • The KYC of the Authorised signatories/Key managerial persons of Societies/RWA/AOA is also required


  • Who are eligible to open SBCHS Accounts?

Ans- All Registered Co-operative Housing Societies, Resident Welfare Associations, Apartment owners Association who are eligible to open Savings Accounts can open SBCHS Accounts.

Exclusions: State Housing Boards / Water and Sewerage / Drainage Boards & State / District Level Housing Cooperative Societies & Associations who are not eligible to maintain Savings Accounts.

  • Whether Door-step banking facility is available at all locations?

Ans- The facility is available at notified locations only as per prevailing guidelines.
