• PPOs are issued by Railway authorities of respective Zonal Offices.
• The PPOs are sent to Nodal branches by the respective Zonal offices of Railway authorities. This is then forwarded to CPPC, Mumbai.
• For any clarifications/grievances pensioners are requested to contact their pension paying branches.
