Redemption:

Customers have to use the coupon codes before checkout. Failure to apply the coupon code shall result in non receipt of the discount. No claims shall be entertained in cases where the coupon codes are not applied.

Validity:
Upto 31st March 2023

Discount can be redeemed only during its validity period
The customer must use the coupon code shared to avail of the offer during the offer period
The discount will be applied at the cart value.

The Offer is non-transferable, non-binding and non-encashable.
The Offer is not valid for Void Transactions.
The customer would receive the discount at the payments page on using eligible card.
If the Customer fails to enter the promo code or uses the wrong promo code, the Customer shall not be eligible to avail the offer. The Bank or FnP shall not be held liable in the event the customer fails to enter the promo code or uses the wrong promo code.
The Bank shall not be responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever for any deficiency or inadequacy in the services rendered by FernsNPetals, its agents or representatives and the Customer hereby agrees not to hold the Bank responsible or liable for, any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, charges and expenses that he/she may suffer on account of the offer/services by FernsNPetals.
FernsNPetals and Union Bank of India reserve the right to jointly change/modify/add/delete any of the terms and conditions of the offer. Bank or FernsNPetals may withdraw or modify the offer any time without any intimation to the user.
The decision of the bank and FernsNPetals in all matters in connection with and incidental to this offer is final and shall be binding on all persons.
The bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services offered by FernsNPetals.
