Bharat Bill Payment System (BBPS) functions with a single brand image providing convenience of “anytime anywhere” bill payment to customers. Union Bank has integrated BBPS in Internet Banking Channel under Bill Presentment Module. Customer can pay his bill without going for registration of Biller using Quick Pay option in Bill Presentment module of Internet Banking.

Customer can make regular bill payments for everyday utility services such as electricity, water, gas, telephone (postpaid) and direct-to-home (DTH) television service through internet banking channel by following below mentioned steps.

Steps to be followed:

• Log in to Internet Banking
• Click on Bill Presentment
• Go to Pay Your Bill option under Quick Pay
• Enter Biller details i.e. Biller Category, Circle and Select Biller name from the drop down box and click on “Go” button provided at the bottom of the page
• In the next page, customer has to enter the details viz. CA Number(provided on the Bill), Customer Mobile Number, email-ID and his account number from which payment is to be made
• Click on “Pay” button provided at bottom of the page
•  Payment details will appear on the next page. If the details found to be correct, then customer has to click on confirm bottom
• System will ask for transaction password and after putting the same customer has to press validate button
• Payment success message will be displayed on the next screen and customer can take a print out of the message

Other Facilities:

• Transaction History option has been provided to view past transactions initiated by the customer
• Raise service complaint, Complaint status, Complaint History have also been provided which can be used by the customer for any problem faced by him during making any payment to the Biller.
