c) No Minimum & Maximum limit for purchase of goods to avail discounts.

d) Offer strictly not applicable on DPCO drugs.

e) Discounts are applicable on Retail Apollo Pharmacy Stores and not on Hospital Based pharmacies.

f) Return / Exchange of goods is not allowed as per Apollo Policy.

g) Clubbing of any offer(s) / scheme(s) will be at the sole discretion of “Apollo Pharmacy”

h) Free Home Delivery – facility will be available as per following terms. Prescription to be shown at the time of delivery of medicines. Minimum Order Value Rs.200 & Discounts will be applicable as mentioned above. Home delivery will be applicable in radius of 5km and between 10am to 6pm.

How to Avail:

Customer has to use Union Bank Debit/Credit card to avail these benefits at any of the Apollo Pharmacy stores.

Validity:
Offer valid till- 31st October 2023 .

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Discount can be redeemed only during its validity period.
The customer must use Union Bank Debit/Credit Card to avail of the offer during the offer period.
The Offer may not be applicable on certain items.
This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer.
The Offer is non-transferable, non-binding and non-encashable.
The Offer is not valid for Void Transactions.
The customer would receive the discount at Pharmacy store on using eligible card.
The Bank shall not be responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever for any deficiency or inadequacy in the services rendered by Apollo Pharmacy, its agents or representatives and the Customer hereby agrees not to hold the Bank responsible or liable for, any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, charges and expenses that he/she may suffer on account of the offer/services by Apollo Pharmacy.
