1. Is there a Union Bank ATM at my location?

What are Interbank transaction charges?

  In Metro ATMs
  • 8 Transactions  free for our card holders per month and 3 Transactions  free for our card holders at other Banks ATM

In  Non Metro ATMs

  • 8 Transactions  free for our card holders per month and 5 Transactions  free for our card holders at other Banks ATM

 

  Rs 15/- Plus GST for financial and Rs 5/- plus GST for non financial transactions will be charged beyond free limit as above
3. If money is not dispensed at ATM but my account is debited?
  In very rare cases, due to network failures this problem might occur. If you are a Union Bank Card holder, all such claims with the details of Card Number, Account Number, Date of transaction, Amount of transaction can be raised at our 24 Call Centre - 18002082222 or nearest branch and the problem shall be resolved within 7 working days from the date of claim. If you are other bank card holder, please contact your bank branch / your bank toll free number.
4. What happens if I enter a wrong PIN or forget my ATM PIN?
  When wrong PIN is used 3 times on any given day, the card gets disabled for that particular day. The user can try the card on the next day. If you forget the PIN, you can reset ATM PIN at our any ATM, IVR through toll free number or request for a duplicate PIN at our 24 hour helpline number 18002082222 or contact to a branch nearest to you.
5. What are the possible reasons for my card not working at ATMs?
  The card might not be working if :
  • The balance is insufficient
  • The daily limit is reached
  • Wrong PIN
  • Damaged card
  • Card is hot listed
  • Account is freezed or inoperative.
6. My debit card is expired. How I can replace it ?
  You can replace your expired / blocked card from our any branch.
