Union Cash Digital is a personal loan facility offered to customers having a pension account with Union Bank of India. The main objective of the Digital lending scheme is to meet the personal expenses of pensioners like medical treatment, travel etc.
6. Union Digital Education Loan for Premier Institutes STP:

Union Bank has introduced a Digital Lending STP journey for the Special Education Loan scheme for Premier Institutes. The scheme is introduced for both existing and new bank customers.

What is VYOM?
VYOM is a mobile banking application that allows you to access your bank account(s) using a mobile phone. You can view account related information, transfer funds, pay bills and recharge your mobile and a lot more using this application
Who are eligible to use VYOM?
Customers of bank having SB/CD/OD accounts and having valid Debit Card or Branch generated token can use VYOM app. The account must be KYC compliant. Companies, Trust, HUF, and Partnership Firms are not eligible to avail VYOM services.
What are the features available on VYOM?
Customers can check their account balances, get mini statements, transfer money to Union bank accounts and other bank accounts using NEFT,IMPS 24X7 ,UPI etc, stop cheques, know cheque statuses, know branch/ ATM locations etc.
Will I be charged for using the app?
At present, there are no charges to customers for using VYOM App. Your mobile operator may levy charges for GPRS/SMS used. Please check with your operator for details.
Can I use the VYOM app on two devices simultaneously?
No, to ensure the security of your account you can only use the application on one handset.
What are the key benefits of this service?

What are the basic requirements to avail the VYOM App?
You need to have a Smartphone, Active mobile data, Debit Card, or Branch generated token.
What type of handset do I need to use the VYOM app?
VYOM App is supported on all handsets with the following Operating Systems: iPhone/iOS version 13.0 and above, Android version 6.0 and above
How do I download the VYOM mobile app?
VYOM app can be downloaded from - Google Play Store for Android devices, App store for Apple devices
How can I register for the VYOM app?
You can register for the VYOM app after downloading the VYOM app from Google or Apple Play Store. After downloading the app, customers can register using any of the methods such as Debit Card, Internet Banking credentials, Aadhaar + OTP or Branch Token.
How do I get an mPIN?
After successful registration, MPIN will be sent to the registered number by SMS which needs to be changed through the app to continue using the mobile banking services.
If I change my handset, will I be able to access the VYOM App again?
In case you change your handset, you need to either deregister the VYOM app from the old handset or you can contact customer care/branch to deregister. After deregistration, SIM verification & device binding process has to be initiated again.
How many accounts can I link to my mobile?
Post successful registration, customers will get the accounts linked to the same customer ID, wherever set as primary.
What shall I do if I want to de-register for VYOM?
You can deregister by navigating to “Deregister” under the hamburger menu in the VYOM app or through the Call Centre.
How can I change the language of my app?
You can change the app language by navigating to "Settings" section in the hamburger menu and selecting "change language" option

You can change the app theme by navigating to the hamburger menu and selecting "change theme" option
I have forgotten my Login PIN. What should I do?
You can set your Login PIN once again by visiting the “Having trouble logging in” icon on the login Page.
How can I do a balance enquiry using the VYOM app?
All you need to do is Go to the Accounts section and click on the account. Alternatively, you can select any of your operative account as Primary Account and do balance enquiry on the pre-login page itself.
How can I transfer money to a third party using VYOM app?
For transferring money, you can navigate to “Fund Transfer” page. Fund Transfer can be made either by adding the third party as Beneficiary or Fund transfer without adding third party as beneficiary and using Quick fund Transfer with a cap of maximum amount per day transaction. At present, the Quick Funds Transfer limit is set to Rs50000.
How do I add a third party as beneficiary?
For adding a third party as beneficiary, you can visit Fund Transfer and then click on Manage Payee option to add a beneficiary. At present, the cooling period for activation of newly added beneficiary is kept as 3 hours.
I do not want to add a third party as beneficiary. Can I still make a fund transfer?
Fund transfer without adding a third party as beneficiary can be done using Quick fund Transfer with a cap of maximum Rs 50000 per day at present.
What is the maximum amount that I can transfer in a day?
You can transfer a maximum of Rs 10,00,000/- using VYOM app in a day. The various limits can also be viewed by navigating to “Fund Transfer” in VYOM app.
What are the various types of Bill payment that can be made using VYOM app?
Bills can be paid for Utilities such as Electricity, Water Tax, Mobile Recharge, DTH payment etc. Further, new utility categories added under BBPS platform also appear under Bill Payment
I want to make my Housing Loan EMI. Can I pay using the VYOM app?
You can pay your housing loan EMI by navigating to Loans/Pay Loan EMI.
I want to disable my debit card for ecom transactions. Any service available in the VYOM app?
You can disable/enable ecom/PoS transactions by navigating to Debit Card section and selecting payment channel settings in VYOM.
How can I block my debit card using the VYOM app?
You can block debit cards by navigating to the Debit Card section and selecting Block/Unblock debit card settings in VYOM.
I am a senior citizen and want to invest some money in a fixed deposit. Can I do so without visiting the branch?
Yes, you can now open fixed deposit through VYOM app.
Do you have any app for UPI services?
UPI services can be availed on VYOM by creating UPI ID and setting UPI PIN.
Can I update the existing Nominee in the existing account?
The existing nominee can be updated through Mobile Banking. You will receive an SMS and an e-mail upon updating of the nominee details.
