Integrated with accessibility features and keyboard operability for screen reader users to enjoy enhanced usability.
Vyom Mobile Banking App -
App with more than 350 features, with easy navigation, large font, clear headings, accessible interface and enhanced accessibility features for assistive technology users and senior citizens.
Union Virtual Connect (UVConn) -
WhatsApp chat based banking service available for all the customers of Union Bank of India. The service can be accessed at customer’s preferred time, place, and chosen language. The service is offered in seven languages. This service brings greater convenience to visual, hearing and mobility disability.
Union Voice Assistant (UVA) -
Voice based banking for customers to transact with voice commands. The service is available round the clock through Alexa.

Accessible ATM -
Union Bank of India is pioneer in setting up accessible and Talking ATM in India. Since then bank has deployed thousands of Talking ATMs.
Phone Banking IVR based -
The service is available through Call Centre, 24x7x365 days in multiple languages.
SMS Banking -
Customers get instant notification for transactions in their accounts through SMS. SMS can also be sent to avail services like balances and mini statements.
