Janashree Bima Yojna

Purpose:-

Janashree Bima Yojna is a special scheme for women SHG members. It helps provide insurance coverage to women SHG members and help in their children's education.

Eligibility:-

This scheme is exclusively for women. The beneficiary should be a member of a SHG.

Insurance coverage:-

The member gets Rs. 30,000/- term life Insurance coverage for a period of one year.

Premium:-

The total insurance premium is Rs.200/- per member per year of which Rs. 100/- is borne by SHG member and balance of Rs. 100/- by LIC.
