Purpose:-

Hawker Insurance is a direct tie up between Union Bank of India and Life Insurance Corporation of India. This insurance provides life and accident cover to customers, who work as a hawker.

Eligibility:-

The insured person should be an existing or new customer of Union Bank of India and he or she must be working as a hawker. The age criterion for getting insured is from18-59 years.

Quantum of loan:-

The maximum sum assured is Rs. 50,000.

Premium:-

The Premium is Rs. 4/- per thousand sum assured per year up-to maximum premium of Rs.200/- per customer per year.
