Objective

To give a boost towards sanitation, health & hygiene and credit intensification and enhancing ground level credit flow to priority sector 

Purpose

For construction of household toilets, repair of old sanitation unit , enlarging existing toilet to toilet cum bathroom, construction or renovation of a shared toilet facility, installing / adding a hand wash facility, water connections / pipelines , overhead tanks , rain water harvesting structures, sludge treatment plant etc 

Eligibility

Individuals, SHGs/ JLGs and person belonging to weaker section with a banking relationship with our bank for a minimum period of 6 months. Borrower must possess/own a household property. Water facilities and toilet must be built within that property only. Necessary proof of ownership to be submitted.

Age

Minimum – 18 years – Maximum up to 60 years as on date of availing facility (If age of the land holder exceeds 60 years, in such case the legal heir to be made co-borrower)

Quantum of Loan

•  Minimum Rs 20,000/-
• Maximum Rs 100,000/- subject to project cost

Quantum of loan amount shall be assessed based on the project cost and duly ascertaining the income source of the applicant

Minimum 10%

Advances upto Rs. 50000 - 1Yr MCLR +0.10%

Advances above Rs.50000 upto Rs. 1.00 Lakh- 1Yr MCLR+0.65%

Appropriate DP Note, Letter of Continuity, Hypothecation agreement for agricultural advances, Letter of General Lien and set off, Undertaking from borrower /Guarantor for disclosure to CIBIL and any other document stipulated in sanction.
