| 2. At what frequency will the interest be paid to me? |
| |
| Interest @ 4% p.a, will be calculated on daily product basis from 01.04.2010 and will be credited twice in a year in Feb and August or at the time of closing A/c. |

| 3. Whom can I include as Joint Applicants? |
| |
| Anyone can be included as a joint applicant for a Savings Account except a minor (less than 18 years of age). |

| 4. What are the nomination facilities available on a Savings Account? |
| |
- Nomination facility available for bank deposits.
- There can be only one Nominee for a deposit account whether held singly or jointly.
- A person legally empowered to operate a minor's account can file a nomination on behalf of the minor.
- Applicants can make nomination by filling up the Form prescribed under the Banking Companies (Nomination) Rules 1985.
- The nomination details can be changed during the subsistence of the account relationship by filling up the Form prescribed under the Banking Companies (Nomination) Rules 1985.

| 5. How can I change the nominee(s) for my Savings Account? |

| You can change the nominee(s) by making a declaration to that effect, in the appropriate form, which is available at any of the Union Bank branches where you are having your Savings account. |

| 6. Do I have any facility for Standing Instructions? |
| |
| Yes, you can give standing instructions through your Savings Account. |
| A few examples of the same are as below: |
- Transfer to a Fixed Deposit.
- Transfer to a Recurring Deposit
- Make recurring payments like LIC premium, Installments etc.
