Union eCash is remittance services which helps customers to send money to recipients who are not our bank customers. Anyone having a debit card of any bank can receive money and draw it from Union Bank ATMs.
The Solution enables remittance of money based on mobile number
Union e-cash is emergency fund transfer to any customer using mobile phones and ATM. Union e-cash service facilitate Union banks customer to send money to a receiver by using the receivers mobile number.
The receiver can withdraw money from any Union Bank of India ATM using a card. The receiver receives all the details required for withdrawal of cash on his or her mobile phone.
Transaction limits: Daily - Rs. 5000 Monthly - Rs. 25000
Do customer need to pay any additional charges for doing Union e-cash transfer?
There are no surcharges for e-cash transactions at present.
If beneficiary failed to withdrawal money how customer can get refund for the same?
In such case, there is Auto reversal of the said amount in the customer’s account within 7 working days.
If beneficiary did not received SMS, Is there any provision to regenerate the beneficiary PIN?
In such case, Customer can use Forget PIN option, to regenerate the beneficiary PIN
Where does customer can inquire status/register a complaint with reference to the Union e-cash transaction?
