Is there any limit on withdrawals or are there any charges for cash withdrawals for other bank card holders? |

| |
RBI allows other bank card holders to withdraw up to Rs. 10000 per day and five free withdrawals at other bank ATMs per month are permitted by RBI for saving bank card holders |

Sometimes money is not dispensed at ATMs but my account gets debited? |
| |
| |
In very rare cases, due to network failures this problem might occur. It is also possible that amount is debited twice for a given transaction. If you are a Union Bank Card holder, all such complaints with the details of Card Number, Account Number, Date of transaction, Amount of transaction can be raised at our 24 Call Centre [phone numbers at the top of the screen] or nearest branch and the problem shall be resolved with in 12 working days from the date of complaint. The format for furnishing details of such failed transactions is available at ATMs
However if you have performed transactions using some other card, please contact your card issuing branch and raise a complaint. |

What happens if I enter a wrong PIN or forget my ATM PIN? |

When wrong PIN is used 3 times on any given day, the card gets blocked for that particular day. The user can try the card on the next day. If the roblem exists, please equest for a duplicate PIN at our 24 hour helpline number and the same will be sent to a branch nearest to you. |

What are the possible reasons for my card not working at ATMs?

The card might not be working if :
- The balance is insufficient
- The daily limit is reached
- Network failures
- Wrong PIN
- Damaged magnetic strip
- Card is hot listed
|

| |
If there is any damage to the card, you can request for duplicate card at any branch or at the Call Center. |
