What can I do with my Debit Card? |

You can use your debit card for cash and non-cash transactions while shopping. You can get access to following things in an ATM centre if you carry a Debit Card: |

- Mini Statement
- Change of PIN
- Transfer of funds to other Union Bank accounts
- Registration for mobile banking
- Payment of utility bills
- At Other Bank ATMs (Cash tree/SBI/NFS/VISA Network)
- Cash Withdrawal
- Balance Enquiry
- At POS Terminals
- Make purchases and bill payments

Is there a Union Bank ATM near my location? |

| |
Union Bank has installed more 2500 ATMs across the country and there is a high probability that you find an ATM at a location closer to your area (ATM locator link). |

Are there any charges for withdrawing cash at other bank ATMs? |
| |
| |
Union Bank Debit card can be used at more than 60 000 ATMs in the country. First five transactions from any other bank ATMs in any given month are free of charge for savings bank account holders. All other account holders will be charged at Rs. 20 for each transaction from the first transaction. |

How secured is it to transact online using debit cards? |
| |
| |
Customers are required to register for VbV (Verified by VISA) for performing online transactions. For all the online transactions, the customers are prompted to key in the VbV password failing which the transaction will not be complete. Hence it is secured to use debit cards to make online purchases and bill payments |

Sometime money is not dispensed at ATMs but my account gets debited |
| |
| |
In very rare cases, due to network failures this problem occurs. It is also possible that amount is debited twice for a given transaction. All such complaints with the details of Card Number, Account Number, Date of transaction, Amount of transaction can be raised at our 24 x 7 Call Centre or the nearest branch. |

The problem, if any, will be rectified within 12 working days from the date of complaint. In case the problem occurs at Union Bank ATM, the problem will be rectified in less than 5 working days from the date of complaint. |

What happens if I enter a wrong PIN or forget my ATM PIN? |
| |
| |
When wrong PIN is used three times on any given day, the card gets blocked for that particular day. The user can try the card on the next day and still if problem exists, request for a duplicate PIN at our 24 x y Call Centre and the same will be sent to a branch nearest to you |

What happens if the debit card is lost? |
| |
| |
The lost debit card can be misused for purchases and hence it is important to hotlist the card. The same can be done by contacting the 24 x 7 Call Centre and the card will be blocked. For Customer, the lost card liability will be limited to Rs. 1,000/- from the time of report of the card loss and the liability from Bank is up to Rs. 25,000/-. This limited liability is only on purchases and for any ATM withdrawals this offer does not apply as it is not possible to withdraw cash from ATM without PIN |

What are the scenarios in which my card can stop working? |

Your card can stop working in the following scenarios: |
| |
- If the balance is insufficient
- If the daily limit is reached
- If there is some Network failure
- If you have inserted Wrong PIN at ATM
- If you have keyed in wrong VbV password for online transactions
- If the magnetic strip is damaged
- If the Debit Card is hot listed

If there is any damage to the card, the request for duplicate card can be raised at any branch or at the Call Center |

My card is linked to more than one account. Can I choose the account for each transaction? |

| |
For all ATM transactions, the account can be selected. For Purchases however it is the primary account which is always accessed for performing transactions |
