Electronic Clearing Service (ECS) / National Electronic Clearing Service (NECS) / Direct Credit to Union Bank Account (Download Format)
SEBI has made it mandatory for all the listed companies to use the Bank Account details furnished by the Depositories for distribution of dividend through Electronic Clearing Service (ECS) / National Electronic Clearing Service (NECS) to the investors, wherever ECS /NECS facility is available. In the absence of ECS / NECS facility, the Bank shall print the Bank Account details, if available, on payment instruments for distribution of dividend to the investors.
In addition to above, the Bank has also provided facility of credit of dividend amount by way of Direct Credit of dividend amount to the account of shareholders having their accounts with Union Bank of India. |
