Reliance Rangers Project

Reliance Agri Products Distribution Ltd (RAPDL) is a subsidiary company of Reliance Retail Limited (RRL). RAPDL has started Ranger Farm Stores on a pan India basis. The Ranger Farm Store is a new chain of stores for sale of fresh fruits & vegetables and staples to small retail & bulk customers viz. push cart vendors, kirana stores and any other small vendors. This is a new format for whole sale/distribution of agri-products. These stores are the first of their kind in the country. The stores size is about 1800-2000 sq. ft. They will cater to a catchment of approx. 5 kms radius typically serving about 300 push cart vendors and about 400 kirana stores besides serving the local catchment of bulk buyers. The bank would play a crucial role in financing both the farmers who will act as suppliers to these stores as well as push-cart vendors who will act as customers. The finance would be suited as per the requirement of the borrower with repayments synchronized with their revenue cycle and channeled through the Reliance Ranger Stores.
