| Formation of Farmers' Clubs |

| Farmers' club is an initiative by Union Bank of India to encourage farmers in villages catered by our rural branches. Basic idea is to bring farmers together and discuss their problems, solutions and new agricultural practices. This initiative will help in an overall adoption of better farming practices. |

| To provide a platform to the farmers to solve their problems themselves and adopt better farming practices through dissemination of new practices and improvement of existing practices. |

| Eligibility:- |

- Any farmer can become a member of a Farmers' Club.
|
| Management:- |
| |
| The Farmers' Clubs are managed by the farmers themselves with the help of the Bank's rural branches. |

| 1. Can only existing bank customers become a Farmers' Club member? |
| Any farmer, irrespective of whether a customer of the Bank or not, can become a Farmers' Club member. |
| |
| 2. Do Farmers Clubs assist with getting loans? |
| Farmers' Clubs can help to solve financial dilemmas through discussion among members. However, borrowers will have to visit their nearest bank branch to apply for loans. |
