- Pension Payment Orders are issued by Central Pension Accounting Office, New Delhi.
- The pensioner opens account with our branch and furnishes the account number to the Pension issuing office who, in turn, issues the PPO (Pension Payment Order) with this designated number.
- The PPO is then sent to the pension-paying branch (where pensioner has opened the pension account) through the designated Link Branch.
- Paying branch creates the Pension account in the CPPC Package at CPPC (Central Pension Payment Cell), Mumbai.
- Pension is disbursed every month through CPPC Package.
- For any clarifications/grievances regarding their pensions, pensioners may approach the pension paying branch or the respective Regional Office
- Pensioners may also log in to website : http://pensionersportal.gov.in/
