We hope you will find the navigation to be a pleasure, and that the new features introduced will contribute to an enhanced functionality. The new HOME page: New features The Navigation Menu is easy to use: Just by hovering with the mouse you can look at drop down menus with 4 levels. A single click will open any product page in any business area. You can keep using the hover feature; the previous page will remain open. The Link Bar provides additional functionality: Clicking on any level other than 1st level generates a vertical Link Bar on the middle left. This is a steady menu duplicating the 3rd and 4th levels for that business area, and can be very convenient. Instead of using the drop down menus you can still reach any business area with 2 clicks and then move among the products using only the Link Bar. The ‘View By’ panel on the Home page: Here we present links to products which we feel would be of interest to you. They can be viewed by either Product Type or Customer Type. The Customer Service Point: We have brought together in one place certain information which may be useful to you, using a conversational style. Special attention is given to Services available 24x7 . Please access this through a link at the top of each page, or through ‘Contact Us’. The Contact Us icon is always visible: This is a ‘Hover Tab’ which floats at the right side of the page even when you scroll down/up, and is always visible. It opens into a separate horizontal window. SEARCH for Branch/ATM etc are provided here, along with various Query and Contact options including Feedback/Suggestions and Grievances Online. The Discussion Point: This is a place where you can interact with us, and will provide a moderated forum on products and services. Product Content Pages: The newly designed product page now has four tabs on top –- Features, Forms & Documents, FAQs, and Special Offers. This offers a structured display for products, and is convenient to go through. The FAQs page: The FAQs in the product pages are brought together in one page and presented for your ready reference. This is a unique feature. Please access this through a link at the top of each page, or through ‘Contact Us’. The HINDI link: This has a special functionality. Clicking this ‘Hindi’ link at top right while viewing any content will actually take you to the Hindi version of the same content, instead of merely to the Official Language Home page. This provides unmatched convenience and is another unique feature of this website. The Site Index: The layout has been designed to match the Navigation Menu / Header / Footer in a user friendly fashion TVC’s & Prints: Showcasing our latest TV Commercials & Print Advertisements.
